Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 June 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Veska Console website at doug.lon.dev/veska (the "Site"), operated by Doug Hammond, trading as lon.dev ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

Two other documents apply separately:

  • Your use of the Veska Console software is governed by the End User Licence Agreement.
  • Your purchase is made through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, whose checkout terms and refund policy govern the transaction.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Veska name and branding, are owned by or licensed to lon.dev and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as needed to view the Site normally.

Downloads

Software downloads are provided subject to the EULA. Published checksums, where provided, let you verify the integrity of a download; you are responsible for verifying downloads obtained from any source other than this Site.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
